This section is developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 4, 2012, No. 1546 "On the Approval of Rules for Monitoring the Effectiveness of Public Property Management, Including State Enterprises and Legal Entities with State Participation" and is intended for viewing: - the annual list of state-owned enterprises and legal entities with state participation that are subject to the monitoring of the effectiveness of public property management; - information included in the electronic database of monitoring objects (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Database), in particular, the results of inspections of monitoring objects conducted by independent experts (consultants, consulting organizations) involved in the monitoring.

Access to the Service is provided to:

Employees of the authorized state property management body (for republican property) and local executive bodies of the region, cities of republican significance, and the capital (for municipal property), provided they have an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan.

Access to the Electronic Database is provided based on a written request (download the application form) from the authorized state body, submitted to the joint-stock company "Information and Accounting Center," designated as the single operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 15, 2011, No. 802.
